今日去九龍城食大閘蟹放題,呢間「等等hea」係間台式料理餐廳,適逢大閘蟹盛產季節,做埋大閘蟹放題,六點去到已經座無虛席,好彩訂咗枱先有位,如果Walk in嚟就冇得食啦我哋揀咗四至五兩 $498/位,每一轉會有四隻蟹蟹公大約四至五兩;蟹乸大約三兩半;個人比較鍾意食蟹乸,雖然細隻但非常多膏,有硬膏同軟膏,蟹膏香濃而甘香;蟹公嘅膏好creamy,有好多白膏,雖然大隻但膏嘅比例冇蟹乸咁多,不過都好食,蟹肉肉質都鮮嫩鮮甜,不過食大閘蟹當然係食膏為主另外有台式小食和台式特飲任食,不過個人都係認為專注食大閘蟹比較好,小食嘅質素普通一般,淺嘗即可士林鹽酥雞:即炸熱辣辣不過粉漿太厚,食唔出鹽酥味,配嘅他他醬都唔夾,雞肉都炸得比較乾阿等麵線:上碟嘅時候已經凍咗所以冇咁好味蚵仔滷肉飯:蟹粉滷肉油菜;厚燒鰻魚:蟹粉滷肉油菜係冇蟹粉喺裏面嘅不過油菜都幾翠綠新鮮;厚燒鰻魚非常韌,好似橡膠緊咬唔開,似係啲急凍解凍嘅鰻魚蟹粉花枝丸,蟹粉水餃,生滾大閘蟹粥:花枝丸係炸得幾香,不過食唔到有蟹粉;蟹粉水餃都係一樣食唔到蟹粉;生滾大閘蟹粥係有蟹肉喺入邊,不過味道非常淡,而且唔熱芝士四季春茶;薑茶芋圓:芝士奶蓋幾濃郁,好cr

即炸熱辣辣不過粉漿太厚,食唔出鹽酥味,配嘅他他醬都唔夾,雞肉都炸得比較乾

芝士四季春茶;薑茶芋圓:
芝士奶蓋幾濃郁,好creamy,四季春茶茶味比較淡,不過放題來講質素算OK;薑茶芋圓芋圓煙韌,薑茶唔會太甜,食完咁寒嘅大閘蟹當然要飲返兩杯
