近來似乎比較常去上環一帶,是日一早要過來看牙醫,在這之前,先醫肚再說。在上環站附近轉了一圈,來到蘇杭街一間叫「聚點坊」的點心專門店,之前有時候傍晚經過,總是排滿長長的人龍。今日難得不用排隊,就試試吧。店內的牆身有些黑白的舊照片,裝潢有種圍村石屋的古色古香。這裡的座位,不如酒店中菜廳的寬敞舒適,是典型舊式茶樓那種擠迫,不過環境卻不會很嘈吵。 店員做事的節奏很快,下單上菜都是匆匆忙忙,不會對你笑容可掬,但幫忙斟茶卻殷勤,有種上一代人不苛言笑的氣質。這兒的點心有大約40款,其中有些是今年新推的款式,由最平的$18點心,到最貴的燉湯,都不過$58,茶錢每位$3,價錢比大型中菜廳平一半有多。亦因此,小店1130左右便有人等位,當中亦不乏外籍遊客。我們例牌先來一籠蝦餃,在香港近60年來最冷的冬天下,我們無法等待煙霧退去,便急不及待的用筷子夾下去,由於這看是即叫即蒸,結果筷子把餃皮黏得死死的,似乎還是乖乖的待水氣退一點,餃皮才不會軟叭叭的。蝦餃的形態很飽滿,內裡撐滿了蝦仁,餡料比坊間的多了一種獨特的上湯香氣。$16三顆流沙奶皇包,在現時真的不知可在哪裡找。這兒出品的,約兩寸半大小,不需刻意用力,輕輕
