舊同事準備結婚,返咗嚟Office派帖,順便就約埋一齊食晚飯,佢話為咗結婚餐餐食麥皮,今日難得聚舊,好想放肆食返餐好嘢,仲話好想食梅菜扣肉,真係服咗佢,咁好啦,就去公司附近嘅呢間客家人俾佢放肆一下啦!因為疫情關係,每張餐枱都有一定距離,所以感覺寬敞,最適合我哋傾吓偈。我呢個文盲就最鍾意啲餐牌有圖文並茂,見到梅菜扣肉張相又真係幾吸引嘅。我哋一行三人,所以就揀咗三個餸,第一味當然係準新娘點嘅客家炆燉扣肉,好彩佢呢度嘅扣肉唔算好肥,大概係7分瘦3分肥,等我哋食起上嚟都冇咁大罪疚感,佢嘅梅菜經過調味之後一啲都唔鹹,送飯一流,所以我哋每人叫咗一碗白飯🍚,入面仲有幾條小棠菜點綴下,即刻覺得自己飲食非常均衡呀哈哈😄因為叫咗梅菜扣肉,所以其餘兩味我哋都揀啲冇咁多肉嘅菜式,呢個客家小炒王用嘅係韭菜花,配合埋肉絲、蝦乾、腰果、蘿蔔絲等等,非常惹味,呢碟餸我哋絕對食到清碟。另外叫咗客家煎釀豆腐,每件豆腐都好大件,而且豆腐都好滑,上面釀咗應該係豬肉混魚肉,配合芡汁,清清地唔會覺得好油膩。店員嘅服務真係好好,親切又有禮貌,佢知道我哋喺附近返工,仲誠意推介我哋過嚟食午飯,我見佢嘅餐牌價錢都唔貴,選擇亦多,所以我遲
