嚟到九龍城,邊個話定係食泰國嘢或者牛肉餅㗎!! 跟住我哋A姐M佬就梗係有新嘢介紹啦,今次試越南菜。話說今年生日,A姐帶咗我去越南峴港,食過傳說中嘅越南法包,無諗過喺香港都有得食。見到嗰餐廳名 — 越南麵包 — 就知道越南法包出名啦!!!嘩!! 嗰法包真係好香脆,而裏面嘅香茅豬扒切得細細舊,又唔韌,配埋芫荽,洋蔥,青瓜同酸蘿蔔,真係食落好清新。仲有大中小辣,我哋揀咗中辣,唔算好辣。小食拼盤根本就係為咗我哋呢啲貪心嘅人而設,一次過食晒4款小食,有牛油雞翼,越式炸春卷,炸蝦餅同魚餅。嗱!! 講真,越南撈檬就食得多啦,越南伴飯就真係第一次食。 真係唔知咩東東…… 伴飯有BBQ烤碎肉,粟米,青瓜粒同青木瓜絲沙律,我哋揀咗慢煮48小時五花肉,肥瘦適中,好入味。
