朋友介紹吃這間餐廳,本身從來沒有聽過,第一次光顧,店內小貓三四隻,本身都沒有一點期待。但是根據朋友介紹,點了三個餸,三個都10分好吃。慢煮五花腩焦脆油香,蟹肉檬粉很溫暖,是屋企的味道,越南包脆身料足,焦糖同蠔嗰個汁夾到天衣無縫,值得推介希望大家都可以來試吓,令到咁好食嘅小店唔好因為冇人光顧而執笠。 continue reading

幫襯咗差不多10年,美味依舊,實屬難得能夠做到每次嘅味道都咁好咁穩定,真係好佩服😂蟹粉蟹肉湯濛同牛油雞翼,真係好味到人都癲😋,呢個味道,暫時都無人能替代👍五花肉包都係我必食之選,真係食得出廚師用咗幾多心機重有就係椰醬飯,有時跟豬頸肉,有時跟香茅牛肉,午餐set lunch先有嘅特別餐,正👍九龍城重建在即,咁用心嘅小店希望可以好好延續,可惜老闆話前路茫茫,過得一日得一日,真心希望我嘅飯堂可以一直走落去 continue reading

見到網上的食評好像不錯, 於是看完圍城之後, 決定去城寨公園 及食越南法包, 見到餐廳前面的餐牌 ,價錢略貴, 望向裏面只有一台客, 心裏涼了一涼, 行一轉決定入去試, 當我入去時, 只有我一個人 及一個懶洋洋的侍應 ,我望了餐牌五分鐘, 她也懶洋洋的好像不願過來, 心急的我舉了手叫她過來,叫了一個下午茶套餐 ,賣相不錯播, 但是看下這杯檸檬水 ,檸檬好像 柴頭 好像隔夜檸檬, 沙律小食不錯, 越南法包極之失望麵包是隔夜麵包餡料好像放了很久的肉醬, 很怕吃完後肚痾 ,總之以後見到沒人幫襯的小店 都是不去為妙。 continue reading

衣間越南麵包印象中都開左起碼7/8年,喺香港可以做咁長既餐廳總有佢原因。佢既越南麵包,蕃茄蟹肉湯濛,牛油雞翼(我認為係全港最好食既牛油雞翼!)都值得一試!老實講佢價位唔平但食物質素一定唔會令你失望,飲品比較少飲可以比唔到comments。佢枱同枱之間唔會好逼,好適合約幾個朋友食飯傾幾個鐘計。尼開九龍城又唔想食泰國野非常值得一試呀!! continue reading

撇開繁忙的日常,一腳踏入有著清新裝潢的餐廳,先來碗熱騰騰的慢煮越式手撕豬肉芝士麵包,真係好有驚喜!豬肉嘅嫩滑好似溫柔嘅擁抱,入口即化,夾雜住芝士嘅醇厚,咬落去足夠彈牙,再來個清新脆口嘅蕃薯條🍠,外皮微酥,內裡軟綿,啱晒我呢啲嘴刁嘅食客。肝醬越南麵包簡直係我嘅新寵兒啦,肝醬嘅濃郁同埋肉嘅微辣夠晒撩味🌶️,每一啖都係多層次嘅體驗。嗯,細細一粒法包,豐富嘅口感令人回味無窮。當然唔少得醒神提神嘅越南凍咖啡☕,濃郁香醇嘅咖啡味道配上淡淡嘅甜,飲落去真係順滑得黎,消暑又提神,完美收尾。親民嘅餐廳如呢間,唔止食物令人滿足,連呢種貼心嘅款待都值得再嚟幾轉。要我用幾個字來形容我嘅感受嘅話,咁就係「真心滿足」咯!下次再同三五知己嚟享受呢個越式風情角落。哎吔,講到呢度,又想食多啲啦🤤! continue reading
