今年連埋端午節一連三日假期,一起身老公就話要食個假日brunch set。餐廳吹歐陸風,好似去左小島海邊餐廳咁,職員用英文介紹menu。Brunch set有頭盤、主菜及飲品,每款都好多選擇。頭盤有4款,主菜都有18款。我哋叫左兩個set,另外再加左個extra bites item同甜品。是日餐湯:老公叫揀左南瓜湯,南瓜味重,甜甜地,濃結適中,幾好。炸黑松露蘑菇球:外面炸到好脆,咬落去軟軟。每口充滿黑松露忌廉蘑菇醬,味道好濃,真係好好食。巴斯克甜椒煮蜆:蜆肉新鮮,大隻帶鮮甜味道。醬汁用左蕃茄做底汁,另外仲加左紅黃椒同洋蔥,甜甜地帶酸,開胃之選。阿根廷安格斯肉眼牛排:叫左五成熟,牛扒肉質較軟,牛味濃,入口帶肉汁,旁邊黑松露紅酒汁調味好好,點埋佢仲好食,唔錯。伴菜有薯條,分量多,剛炸起,夠熱好味。盲鰽魚海鮮鍋:魚肉質厚實,有口感。魚皮煎到金黃,裡面有青口同蜆做配菜,食材新鮮,仲有煎過嘅薯仔粒。整體海鮮味濃,我就幾鐘意。榛子朱古力醬煎香蕉可麗餅:可麗餅即係法式烤餅,法國嘅傳統煎餅。餅皮濕潤帶蛋香,搽埋滿滿榛子朱古力醬,煎香蕉上面仲有層薄薄脆焦糖,整體好夾,食完好滿足。飲品:叫左泡沫咖啡同鮮

飲品:叫左泡沫咖啡同鮮奶咖啡,咖啡味剛好,唔會過濃。鮮奶咖啡有拉花,仲可以用黎呃吓like添。
