見同屋企人未食過法國菜,今日中午經過見呢間有油封鴨腿,之前喺其他店鋪食過好好食想介紹俾屋企人品嚐和回味一下,而且有班尼迪克蛋我都未食過,好想試,所以就入咗呢間鋪試下 當打算叫幾個午市套餐時,侍應話星期一至五冇班尼迪克蛋提供,原因係工序繁複 唯有改叫其他套餐。 最終選咗黑松露雜菌烩飯、法式牛肉漢堡配薯條和香橙油封鴨腿蘆筍燒薯粒。三個餐頭盤要咗個個餐湯、炸黑松露蘑菇球,同埋加錢要西班牙白毛豬火腿(50g)。蔬菜蓉忌廉湯:入口好香菜味同好creamy,另外加係湯嘅金華火腿粒帶少少鹹香炸黑松露蘑菇球:新鮮熱辣炸起勁熱,外脆內軟,好香黑松露味西班牙白毛豬火腿(50g):冇得輸,鹹香啱啱好恰到好處,好好味黑松露雜菌烩飯:整個飯好香黑松露味,飯粒硬度恰到好處。 唯一係鹹咗少少法式牛肉漢堡配薯條:薯條好脆,牛肉漢堡入口好juicy多汁香橙油封鴨腿蘆筍燒薯粒:鴨腿有香橙味,但有少少鹹 而且鴨肉質唔似我在其他食店,入口唔使用力即融嘅感覺,呢間要用少少力咬,比較遜色,蘆筍比較老有啲渣呢間法國餐廳唔算上等衹係普普通通,而且啲位有啲逼枱面唔夠大,叫多幾個餐就冇位放
