灑家真灑家。樣樣野都好高質。上兩個星期特登去屯門探個朋友同佢阿B,跟住就當然係要落去最新最新個廣場行下啦!行行吓又肚餓見到有間餐廳做下午茶好多人排隊喎,多人排隊姐係好食啦!咁我哋當然唔執輸一行六人去食返個早晚餐.呢度係主要買燒味點心同埋粥粉面飯嘅,裝修就好四正新潮,店裏中間嗰張枱係流線型架!同呢個商場嘅style都幾夾喎。行過嘅時候見到佢個燒味部啲燒味幾靚,當然就要叫返碟燒味拼盤,滿足我哋幾個食肉獸啦!除咗叉燒瘦得滯之外,燒肉油雞海蜇都好味。尤其是個燒肉外皮夠脆,裏面嘅脂肪同肉分布均勻, 皮脆, 脂肪細膩,肉層厚嫩,入口不會油膩,比起好多話自己燒味至尊嘅酒樓出色好多!好多時鋪頭做拼盤都會將一啲比較差質素嘅產品放埋一齊,但呢度嘅拼盤都依然十分出色喎!絕對足料,夠大份!因為有兩個朋友都特別鍾意食雞,既然佢果拼盤油雞都咁出色當然要叫翻個知名嘅花雕醉雞啦!放上枱已經聞到淡淡的酒香,雞肉嫩皮薄,大小得宜,唔會係夾中間成寸肥油唔使食果種,雖然個個都話要唔食皮先健康,但係見到一啲嫩薄嘅雞皮,冇理由要浪費嘅!肉厚而且嫩滑,酒香撲鼻,就係一隻好嘅醉雞的重點!燒鵝脾,皮脆可口,大隻又肥美,抵食,極速被KO

外皮晶瑩剔透的小巧精緻蝦餃,包住彈牙鮮蝦,配上大家都遺留了嘅爽口筍尖, 皮薄而且功夫多,每一粒精緻嘅蝦餃上堂嘅時候都係好飽滿而且熱辣辣,呢個蝦餃最特別嘅地方就係個喜金箔但係夾嘅時候都唔會爛嘅!

豉油分佈好均勻,色澤濃郁,每一條河粉都著色,而且唔會結在一起,牛肉鮮嫩,唔會炒到太老,最重要乾炒牛河吵得乾身無油!係小健出色嘅炒野!
