燒鳥最珍貴之刻,就係師傅non stop咁重複翻動串燒,要保每個部位平均受熱,淨係功架都好重要啦。而要做到世一既雞串燒,做法同選材都非常講究,當然愈刁鑽既部位,愈容易令客人留下深刻印象,呢間「兆鳥」去過一次,已經深深愛上。👇🏻📌前 菜 - ▪️ 火炙鹿兒島薩摩赤雞刺身 - $118▪️ 慢 煮 山 椒 雞 胸 肉 - $88▫️ 我人生第一次試呢個「火炙鹿兒島薩摩赤雞刺身」,分別用雞髀肉、雞胸肉呈上,面頭雞皮明顯有火炙過,肉質嫩滑,食落口感好似魚生,不過極富鮮香既雞味,值得一試;「慢煮山椒雞胸肉」雞肉經慢煮過,口感極度滑溜,加上用山椒調味,入口麻香十足,但唔辣,配搭底部既白洋蔥一齊食,特別開胃。▪️ 柚子味噌豆腐漬 - $68▪️ 秋田煙燻蘿蔔漬 - $48▫️ 跟住就係兩款漬物分別係「柚子味噌豆腐漬」、「秋田煙燻蘿蔔漬」,前者師傅將豆腐壓哂d水份出黎,食落口感極似鵝肝,完全超出我對豆腐既認知,入口即化,好特別;而後者「秋田煙燻蘿蔔漬」屬於日本秋田市名產,當地人會將佢曬乾左之後再煙燻,所以入口極重煙燻味,送酒認真一流,好好食。📌串 燒 -▪️ 煙燻雞肉丸伴日本蛋黃 - $78▪️ 腿 肉 香 蔥 卷
