午市去開天后就食依間豬軟骨飯,以前喺天后返工嘅時候成日食,印象中係大份夾抵食,仲要啲豬軟骨整得好入味。今次去到我叫左豬軟骨同牛肋條兩份。唔上到嚟嘅時候覺得豬軟骨份量好少比以前少咗好多,不過味道依然係好好食。啲軟骨煮到好張住過嘴,啖啖骨膠原嘅感覺。佢煮得好林好入味,輕輕用筷子夾一夾就可以分開成舊豬軟骨。好少舖頭可以做到咁樣。而醬汁方面,鹹度適中好啱送飯。不過,如果可以多番幾舊豬軟骨就更加好啦!但可能而家食材貴咗所以份量少咗都理解嘅。但相反黑椒牛肋條真係有啲失望啦。啲牛肋條炆得唔係好林,本身以為同豬軟骨差唔多,都係一夾就可以分開嗰啲,呢個牛肋條就要咬好多下,而且啲牛有臊味,黑椒嘅味道唔係好出,不過佢就份量比豬軟骨多,有好多舊牛,但係如果要再揀嘅話,揀返豬軟骨會好味好多。如果未食過依間,真係一定要試吓佢嘅豬軟骨,好好食!
