今日同大家去旺角食拉麵。位於廣華街一帶,有唔少糖水舖。其中有一間門面唔太顯眼既日式拉麵店,而且門外都有D人排緊隊。而佢地賣既拉麵用料都幾用心。入面裡面店面唔算好大,都係吧檯為主,坐得有點逼,但店員都好主動、有禮,會主動上前比多張櫈放袋。我揀咗呢個「慢煮A4和牛叉燒拉麵」。小店用上A4和牛做叉燒,油脂豐富,食落好軟嫩,比起豬肉叉燒更富油香。湯底係用左黑蒜豬骨濃湯,都幾濃味。麵係用左較幼身既麵線,食落都爽口,而且都可以掛到湯。糖心蛋蛋汁香濃,味道唔錯!朋友點左呢款「香煎虎蝦沾麵」。表頭大大隻既虎蝦好吸睛,食落都好多用,煎過既虎蝦仲要幾香。我幾鐘意佢地呢個味噌蝦湯底,食落海鮮味好突出。麵係用左較粗身既麵線,食落幾有口感,而且更能掛到湯汁,幾正👍🏻!今次都係仲叫咗一份餃子🥟,一份有4隻,食落都幾多汁。整體嚟講,呢度既拉麵沾麵都唔錯,幾香濃,再配埋虎蝦、和牛等食材更吸引。大家經過旺角不妨一試~
