— If you have a hard time deciding what to get here, then I highly recommend this signature item 😂 it comes with a good variety of elements that most Taiwanese dessert lovers are bound to enjoy. The grass jelly was velvety smooth with a nice herbal taste to it that wasn’t the overpowering. The pearl barley added a mild, nutty flavour to the bowl. The taro balls were pretty impressive too, with a great chewy to them, you could definitely tell which ones were sweet potato and which ones were made of taro!
Pic 3️⃣: 豆腐花1號 (豆腐花,紅豆,珍珠,奶茶凍,寒天晶球) - $50 🍨🧋
— Portion sizes here are very generous, and honestly this could do as a meal 😂 The tofu pudding was smooth, with a strong soybean flavour to it. The milk tea panna cotta in this definitely caught my eye, and did not disappoint! The milk tea flavour was aromatic and distinct, and the pudding was perfectly sweetened. Though I would say this had a much firmer texture than expected. Another thing I loved in this were the kanten pearls! These were so chewy, with a unique texture to them and lightly sweetened for an extra boost of flavour. Overall a very satisfying bowl of dessert that’s well put together and loved that the syrup comes on the side so you can customise the sweetness accordingly.
