喺朋友嘅邀請下,終於擴展美食版圖至將軍澳,原來海傍而家開滿餐廳,假日人頭湧湧,今次去嘅係Jomo嘅分店,特別之處係室內一半係cafe,一半擺滿健身器材,另外cafe設有室外位置,不過烈日當空,大家都寧願排室內位置。將軍澳店無論甜品定主食都比西環店選擇多,亦坐得比較舒服。🍽日本煙燻手撕豬肩肉漢堡 Smoked Japanese Pulled Pork Burger賣相極吸引,餡料由上到下分別係太陽蛋、醃青瓜、手撕豬肩肉、牛油果蓉同蕃茄,豬肩肉完全唔鞋,醬汁甜甜地帶濃煙燻香,牛油果蓉嘅份量都頗多,但係個豬肩肉嘅醬太濃味,牛油果蓉喺度嘅存在感唔高,整體黎講味道好豐富,可惜太多汁個包淋左啲。蕃薯條唔係現成深橙色嗰款,感覺味道天然啲。🍽手打意粉配黑松露忌廉醬 Homemade Pasta with Black Truffle Cream Sauce ($128)醬汁非常creamy,好香黑松露味,有唔同品種嘅野菌,手打闊條麵幾煙韌,相當唔錯。份量偏少但忌廉醬食食下會膩,都唔會食唔飽。🍽生可可撻 Raw Cacao Tart ($58)用椰子奶製成嘅純素甜品,撻底有啲堅果碎好有咬口,可可濃度頗高,

用椰子奶製成嘅純素甜品,撻底有啲堅果碎好有咬口,可可濃度頗高,朋友覺得太苦唔夠甜,食慣黑朱古力嘅我就覺得幾出色,質感亦夠細滑,留意返檸檬達同生可可撻都係週末限定。

🍽伯爵茶戚風蛋糕 Earl Grey Chiffon ($52)
戚風蛋糕係Jomo嘅強項,質感依舊鬆軟有彈性,伯爵茶味明顯。之前食過芝麻戚風配芝麻忌廉,以為呢款會配返伯爵茶忌廉,點知係原味有少少失望,不過忌廉都好挺身幼滑,略嫌甜左少少。初初諗住玫瑰花瓣只係打卡用,但食落都有花香,唔錯。
