峰壽司一向既質素都唔差,食過幾次都繼續會黎。而且佢有d特別既期間限定款色,每次去都總有新意。今次春之限定係三文魚,三文魚配搭唔同既食材,更加吸引視覺和味覺。紫蘇白飯魚三文卷,白飯魚簡直點緻了整件三文魚,紫蘇味又減低三文魚既膩,好食!雖然全部都係三文魚,但鍾意食三文魚既絕對唔會嫌太多太悶,因為件件都有驚喜!另一個限定菜式係炸蝦餅,雖然細細件,但真材實料,好有蝦味又彈牙。配埋沙律醬同特色醬料有雙重既味道。龍之卷,吉列蝦配鰻魚,新鮮即燒即製,好食其他款色同樣出色,但略嫌今日d壽司飯比較鬆散,一夾已經散開幾份,依度略為扣分! 而且閒日晩市等位都等得比較耐,今次等左半個鐘有多,但眼見門口其實唔太多人等位,如果假日更加要早d拎定位。

其他款色同樣出色,但略嫌今日d壽司飯比較鬆散,一夾已經散開幾份,依度略為扣分! 而且閒日晩市等位都等得比較耐,今次等左半個鐘有多,但眼見門口其實唔太多人等位,如果假日更加要早d拎定位。
