真係好少好少好少入馬鞍山,今日因工作培訓而來到呢度,對我來講係一個好有新鮮感的地方。完咗培訓,當然要喺度覓食。見到呢間西餐廳環境唔錯,燈光柔和,幾有情調,裏面整齊企理,有多張闊落的卡座,全部都係梳化座,坐得舒適。有本厚厚menu和一張飲品list,選擇好多,有appetiser、salad、soup、snack、pizza、pasta、risotto、main course 和dessert 等。先要碗是日餐湯,今日係蕃茄濃湯($38),細細碗配一小塊薄脆多士。熱辣辣上枱,呈鮮橙紅色,稀稠適中,內有細細粒的蕃茄肉,好有蕃茄香,沒有加入忌廉,酸咪咪,越飲越開胃。跟住上青蘋果牛油果醬蟹肉沙律($88),份量都幾足。清爽翠綠的沙律菜上鮮香的蟹肉,啖啖肉,食得好滿足,仲加咗啲亮澤的蟹籽,添了鹹鮮。沙律菜配了爽酸青蘋果條、清甜多汁的車厘茄,淋咗啲醋汁,好fresh! 旁邊有香滑的牛油果醬,拌勻一齊食最好味!是日精選蛋糕 有三款選擇,揀了檸檬芝士蛋糕($28)。共有四層,有幼滑的檸檬慕絲、鬆軟的海綿蛋糕和濕潤的餅底,伴上面頭幼細的青檸皮,味道酸咪咪,清新醒胃,並不漏滯,好岩做餐後甜品。有蛋糕自然要
