週末去「駿景軒」飲茶,同相熟嘅Carson哥哥閒談間得悉酒店正忙於籌備一個叫「Seafood Loves Sake」嘅日本清酒配海鮮菜式推廣,並提及到客人於活動期間享用過特定配酒餐單後於OpenRice撰寫食評即有機會贏取獎品,小則有日本清酒,大則仲有staycation套票,食、飲、住,似足大三元咁啱哂XO仔喎,當然係叫佢一開波即通知細佬去訂位啦!嘻嘻,冇諗到第一日玩試菜竟然真係留到個靚位俾小肥,仲要係以優惠價品嚐十三道晚餐,感覺已經似中咗半個頭獎!酒店餐廳樓底高高,大方舒適,加上服務一向稱心,絕對有信心嘅保證。餐桌上除咗有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具之外,最搶眼就係為配酒晚餐特設嘅酒杯陣!場內一角亦有展出當晚配餐嘅四款薰、爽、醇、熟日本清酒。有關配酒嘅竅門秘訣則印於附有彩圖嘅小冊子內。等待食物上場時,哥哥先斟出第一款日本清酒「月桂冠 愛說話的鯨魚 純米酒」,酒名同藍樽上幅「星空月下的鯨魚」一樣咁可愛。屬薰酒嘅「星空月下的鯨魚」甜得黎帶有一陣微微嘅酵母味。黃金炸魚皮、蒜泥白肉卷、椒鹽田雞腿:原來餐牌上頭三味為三式前菜拼盤,其中清酒主要係配前菜中嘅海鮮菜式,即中間兩件黃金炸魚皮。大大片黃金炸魚
