。大大片黃金炸魚皮好夠脆卜卜,面層仍濕潤嘅咸蛋黃醬又唔會過咸或者好溜,份量同味道恰到好處;食完一塊再飲返啖酒,薰酒冇咁甜,彷彿「愛說話的鯨魚」頓變得成熟咗,冇咁油腔滑調

金銀蒜粉絲蒸元貝:第二道海鮮菜式為原隻新鮮元貝,配上嘅「嘉美心 備中流 純米大吟釀」同「愛說話的鯨魚」一樣甜得黎帶有果香,但就清麗優雅得多,亦係四款酒中最能取悅到XO仔嘅
!個人覺得元貝因過熟而變得老嚡咗少少,但選以金銀蒜蒸煮尤其吊出帶子嘅鮮甜,簡單拌入粉絲可索盡流失咗嘅精華,一啲都唔會浪費。

配對辣辣嘅水煮魚自然要搵隻重口味啲嘅古酒或熟酒,唎酒師所選嘅「達磨正宗三年」因經熟成過而令其色澤變得金黃,聞落其實有啲似西洋烈酒咁啃,但意外地濃縮嘅酒味於微麻嘅舌上散法出一股猶如話梅嘅芳香,好有驚喜

酒店中菜廳「駿景軒」環境雅致大方,服務生友善體貼,快將推廣嘅「海鮮愛清酒」配酒套餐嘅配搭新穎,其實都幾有諗頭,當中以古酒達磨正宗三年」襯托麻辣嘅水煮魚精妙尤甚
,XO仔有份參與首輪試菜,深感榮幸萬分。小弟愚見,如果餐單可加插節令嘅蟹蟹可能更易吸引一眾海鮮迷一試,不過當然定價亦會有一定嘅影響力。
