朋友長期住外國, 今次返香港我同佢食海鮮。我哋係旺角行完街就去左一間海鮮菜館食飯。我哋叫左一個二人套餐, 前菜有白灼魷魚和白灼韭菜花, 魷魚爽口彈牙, 韭菜花鮮嫩, 食落鮮甜。套餐有兩款湯選擇, 我哋揀左杏汁花膠豬肺湯, 杏汁味好濃, 味道清甜, 十分滋潤。蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝, 元貝好大粒, 粉絲吸收晒湯汁, 十分惹味。 豆豉果皮蒸鮑魚, 果皮味好香, 鮑魚好新鮮食落彈牙爽口。油浸虎杉斑, 魚肉嫩滑, 時間控制得好, 食落好鮮美。食物整體來講都好新鮮, 朋友食得好開心, 唔使去西貢都可以食到海鮮, 十分方便。
