朋友介紹食呢間海鮮傳統老店,真係冇介紹錯。嘢食好食之餘,價錢都公道。見門面寫米芝蓮班底,所以都好期待! 杏汁豬肺湯 呢個花功夫嘅菜式,豬肺炆得好林,咬落去彈口而且非常入味。 本身以為豬肺湯飲落有少少杏仁味🤣先知道係杏汁豬肺湯。個味道同豬肺非常夾,而且豬肺識落冇乜異味,清潔得非常乾淨! 白灼鮮豬脷 必食我平時好少食豬脷,因為有啲會比較腥。 今次試食一舊,點知忍唔住食多幾舊! 佢嘅豬脷非常新鮮,咬落去好軟身,而且好入味。白灼海蜇頭 特色成日喺出邊酒樓食海蜇,海蜇頭真係好少食。 不過味道相當唔錯,鹹鹹地又有麻油味,仲要係海蜇頭,比起海蜇特別有咬口! 蒜蓉粉絲蒸大元貝 蒜蓉同粉絲非常多,元配都好大隻。粉絲吸晒蒜蓉同海鮮嘅味道,再加埋啲醬汁,上邊讚左一層油超級入味好好食。 招牌炸子雞 💯外表脆卜卜金黃色,識落啲雞皮真係好脆口。 裏面嘅雞肉仲要係非常嫩滑外脆內軟。而且隻雞本身雞味都好重,以為餐廳主打海鮮,點知隻炸子雞都好出色,好食過好多出邊嘅酒樓! 蒸老虎斑 大大條魚,條魚好新鮮 ,蒸嘅時間啱啱好。啲肉仲係好嫩滑 。再加埋啲薑蔥同讚油調味,冇得頂! 番薯糖水原來會送糖水,仲要係每日新鮮煲,唔怕係隔夜糖水。飲落有少少薑底,再加埋本身番薯好甜同埋好棉,正! 朋友真係冇介紹錯,下次帶埋屋企人encore !! continue reading

今晚想食海鮮,近近地搵左旺角一家老飯店「旺角海鮮菜館」,套餐每位四百餘元起,單點價錢一樣清晰,都幾均真。店員都係相當具經驗嘅叔叔,但反而好nice好有親切感,會同你介紹下菜式,問你岩唔岩食等等……白灼粉腸($48):粉腸軟腍之餘,非常爽滑有嚼勁,內裡帶粉粉口感,十分上頭,令人食唔停口。簡單以豉油調味,蘸指天辣豉油更惹味。白灼海蜇($48):海蜇頭顆顆飽滿,質感Q彈爽脆,其獨特口感加上少少辣椒豉油已能令人回味無窮。杏汁菜膽白肺湯($68):湯頭呈奶白色,濃郁杏香撲鼻,口感滑溜,杏汁味恰到好處,豬肺亦軟腍入味。豉椒炒蟶子皇配煎米底+$78 ($352/4隻):蟶子皇夠大隻,二人其實食三隻都夠,其新鮮,味道鮮甜,煮製時間恰到好處,質感仍保持幼嫩爽口,以豉椒爆炒,調料亦沒遮蓋其鮮味。煎米粉底脆香,吸曬啲豉汁,非常香口惹味,但卡路里計算者慎點。清蒸虎杉斑($388):都幾大條,起碼成斤重,夠三至四人享用,虎斑非常新鮮,肉質爽實有彈性,條魚係咪靚,真係食清蒸就知質素,蒸魚豉油香甜,唔想曬就記得嗌碗白飯撈撈佢。 continue reading
