2019年1月13日 星期日夜晚同女朋友係銅鑼灣行完街見餓餓地就諗住搵野食,但覺得食黎食去都無乜新意,所以就上網睇下有乜推介最後去左呢間勝八居酒屋,貪佢都幾多好評,應該唔會伏得去邊裝修好有日式居酒屋風格,睇得出係花左d心思既,連貼上去既海報都係日文首先叫左一盤刺身,有八爪魚、鯖魚同真鯛,全部都係店員推介時令既魚。八爪魚切得好薄,食落去一啲散都冇,好煙銀,仲有好少食到嘅八爪魚盤,估唔到咬落去嘅時候係咁爽脆,啪啪聲,好似食緊百力支咁。鯖魚好有鮮味,師傅切得好透明,好考刀功。真鯛根據店員透露食落去會好腥,所以要點豉油,配合買姜同葱一齊食就可以癖腥,果然全部一齊食落口真係冇咗腥味,反而食出有魚味。我點左波子汽水而女朋友就點左乳酸梳打呢個海鮮魚湯鍋真係無得彈,除左有好多海鮮之外,個湯底真係飲到好重魚味,feel到唔係味精黎。帶子同蜆都好大粒,好足料。又一驚喜就係煮和牛尾,平時我好少食牛尾,但女朋友見到和牛尾話好想試下所以就點左。見到份量都唔少,每舊都好重骨膠原,而且煮得好淋,唔需要用力都咬得到。最好味既我覺得反而係個蘿蔔,因為煮到入晒味,又唔硬,食完好想再encore之後叫左個松葉蟹腳天婦羅,原

最後來一個綠茶雪糕作為完美嘅終結
雖然價錢有少少貴,但係我覺得物超所值,完全有置身日本居酒屋嘅感覺
