這次剛好有事要去太子,完成後就去了一直想試的蟲二食晚飯。餐廳裝潢具特色,但實在太肚餓兼要趕last order,就沒花時間拍環境照了。點了份壽喜燒日本牛肉湯鍋 ($388),附送一壺日本焙茶,茶味清香。鍋物用料十足,有豆腐、野菌、野菜、年糕福袋、蒟蒻及竹輪,單是這些材料已滿滿一鍋!還有霧島蛋及日本穀米杞子醬油炊飯,好豐富。壽喜燒湯底香濃不鹹。牛肉肥瘦均勻,入口軟嫩,有牛味亦略略有油脂香。飯以醬油調味,味道恰好,不會太濃,配上飯素,令飯更香。一汁三菜 ($150),即鰹魚昆布茶高湯+副菜、慢煮蛋及主食,主食6選1,還可加錢追加鹹甜小食。主食選了櫻花蝦豆乳味增豚肉高麗菜卷配高野豆腐及年糕福袋,相對清淡的一款主食。高麗菜包裹著豚肉,吸收了帶櫻花蝦香氣的豆乳湯汁,柔軟多汁。連年糕福袋都滿滿吸收了湯汁。一汁三菜加$50的配Tiramisu,濕潤度恰好,並帶香濃咖啡酒香。Mascarpone cream香滑,甜度適中,不會令人覺得膩。甜品是桂花麻糬傳統班戟,班戟面層灑上許多黃金桂花並配上桂花醬。班戟厚得來而質感濕潤鬆軟,內裡的麻糬軟糯煙韌,口感豐富,pancake富有蛋香又帶淡淡桂花清香。青梅梳打
