吃火鍋的癮子不止於夏天,今晚去了佐敦的「不倒翁中日火鍋」,看中這個$888 的文昌雞鍋套餐,我向來喜歡椰子雞湯,再加上這個套餐以海鮮為主,亦有一盤優質安格斯肥牛脊,正合心意!傳統中西酒樓裝潢,有游水海鮮漁港,果然主打,亦有燒味廚部,我們坐卡位,舒適寬敞有私隱。調味料齊備,有我最愛嘅XO醬,提提你是幾辣的。文昌雞鍋湯清椰子味香,文昌雞肉滑皮爽。二人海鮮拼盤包括新鮮鮑魚、帶子、海生蝦、桶蠔及班片。最吸睛是肥大脹卜的桶蠔。意料之外,有服務員替我們的生蝦剝殼,真是值得俾個讚!安格斯手切肥牛(細)是牛脊肉,兩個人來說細份已經很足夠。很有咬口,肥瘦比例理想。不倒翁鎮店水餃皇(2隻)點解只得兩隻呢?原來是珍寶體積,煮熟了冇縮水,比正常大一倍,肉爽皮滑,值得追加。另配生菜一份及竹蔗茅根水一楂。蝦丸蟹丸雙拼(另加)醬料每位$25
