追開我post既朋友都知我特別鍾情中餐,久唔久我就幫襯下美心旗下既中菜館。呢日我同個朋友去咗位於中環既「白玉蘭」。兩個人叫咗多個餸菜,同大家介紹下先:1. 手撕薫雞 (前菜)相比之下,我會更想點「口水雞」或者「花雕醉雞」...呢道菜味道有啲怪怪地,唔係好推介。2. 四川擔擔麵麵質彈牙,湯汁美味。辣得好過癮!唔想咁heavy食飯既一個精明選擇!3. 魚羹一人份量既魚羹。兩三淡就食晒... 加埋胡椒味道仲正。建議唔好攤咁耐先食。4. 茶樹菇上湯翡翠豆苗必點既菜式。去美心中菜館食飯,次次都會點豆苗食... 不解釋,自己試下啦!5. 京蔥蔥油餅見到食評好多朋友都有推介呢道菜...好有北方既味道!蔥油餅好足料。應該係即整,上菜既時候仲係熱辣辣、香噴噴。唔鍾意既話仲有好多點心選擇,好似係小籠包、鍋貼等等。不妨試試!6. 梅菜扣肉撈飯首選!單食就有啲油膩 7. 香格里拉桂花糕甜品永遠都係美心中菜既黃牌。呢個真心推介。而且價錢較大眾化,好過特登出去甜品鋪食呀8. 拔絲蘋果香蕉唔好錯過。等20分鐘都值得!食完真係有種幸福既感覺!
