雨下了一個早上🌧,心情也有點鬱悶起來💙,剛好老公🍋終於處理完公司的急事,決定冒雨☔️去九龍城接他下班💼,順道一齊去食個午餐吧😌~ 來到了有『小泰國』之稱的九龍城🐉,在衙前圍道一帶有著林林總總的泰國餐館🤩,來到這裡食泰菜也是必然吧😎。可惜我們最愛的那家小店還沒開門😔,唯有在附近找另一家吧🏠,突然人妻🐷就被這放在門口的篤篤車🚕吸引了。到達時已經過了午飯時間🌞,店內客人不多,也好,可以靜靜的😌。因為最近不能吸收碳水化合物🍚,所以點餐上用上了一點時間🤔,還好餐單上📜的選擇很多之餘,店家更準備了一個推介餐單🌟,方便客人更容易挑選心頭好👍🏻。冬陰公湯(大)🌶:在泰文中,照字面解說的話,「冬」就是煲🔥,「蔭」解作香料混合🌶,而「功」就是蝦🦐。其實差不多每個泰國人都會煮冬蔭功🥄,而每個家庭總有著自己的秘方㊙️。這個冬陰公是用蝦頭蝦殼熬成的🔥,湯內更有大頭蝦🦐及大量菇物🍄,入口味道異常豐富😋。蝦的鮮味非常特出😍,加上香茅🎍、檸檬葉🌱、辣椒🌶等不同配料,在口中來一個大融合,不會過酸、亦不會過辣🤤。辣椒膏炒海鮮🐚:外形極震撼,份量絕對不容忽視🤩!除了青口、大頭蝦🦐、大蜆等外,更加入了青椒及洋蔥來提昇甜味😋,入口
