To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多年前已經食過小曼谷,佢都算係九龍城嘅經典之一,今日再嚟到呢度,估唔到個水準都仲keep到,同埋好驚喜,今日星期一特價有$38嘅冬陰功魚片湯,非常抵食。見到唔同日子都有唔同嘢做特價,平日夜晚嚟都係一個幾好嘅選擇。食泰國菜我一定會食沙律,今次就試吓佢個青木瓜沙律,個調味做得好好唔會太酸,而且亦都好體貼可以走辣,鍾意佢配好多花生粒粒,係清新嘅口味選擇。另外叫咗半隻燒雞,因為係泰式燒雞,唔好諗住係港式嗰種軟腍腍口感,反而佢係香口啲、肉身實淨啲嘅口感,口味係有少少焦香,好惹味!小曼谷當然要食佢嘅炒粉麵飯,今日試辣豬肉碎炒飯,調味適中,而且有好多豆角,個金不換嘅味都好突出,炒飯嚟講一啲都唔油,食完唔會覺得好滯,大大碟都唔使$100 ,好抵食!小曼谷屹立咗九龍城咁多年,佢個水準都仲keep到,而且價錢其實都唔係加咗好多,非常公道,份量亦都唔少,如果啲晚餐嘅餸啱你口味,其實$288已經有一個二人晚餐,仲送埋甜品,性價比好高!所以星期一晚都座無虛席,其實都真係有原因。

一行四人happy Friday , 咁就試吓依間泰國嘢,都算多人;我哋叫咗幾樣嘢,個花膠魚肚羹都十分足料,幾正!另外個火山骨加$叫,好抵,又好味,酸酸辣辣咁,值得推介🉐另外仲叫咗燒鱔,百幾蚊得兩串,係幾好食嘅,但係有d 貴,性價比唔高!炒泰式河粉都炒得唔錯,唔會太油!仲叫咗燒蟶子,超細隻,可以唔使試!整體而言都算好食,但人均三百,性價比唔高!

店家服务好,味道Ok,价格合理。要了一份海南鸡船面,点了个金边粉,端上来看起来比较细,像粉丝。问服务员,解释道是泰国的金边粉,跟香港的金边粉不同,还拿了没煮熟的粉来给我们看。看到我的粉有点干,又给了我一碗汤。服务态度真的是不错。午市套餐价格也比较合理。食客很多。下次会再光顾。

今日在九龍城出差工作,約了住附近嘅朋友去食晚飯,朋友知道我鍾意食泰國菜,就到一間叫小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋嘅泰國餐廳,這間泰國餐廳位於九龍城太子道西398號街御太子地下1 -3號舖,港鐵宋王臺站B2出口,行幾分鐘就到,非常方便。💯餐廳門口有好多優惠嘅餐牌,日日至荀優惠嘅價錢只係$38,星期一至二有特色冬陰魚片湯,星期二至五有泰國熱爆火山骨,星期六至日有泰北木瓜𢰦鳳爪,午餐有優惠六人同行一人免費,仲有一個特別優惠,叫勁食計時賽,個人賽要10分鐘食完就免費,二人賽就要5分鐘食完就免費,成功挑戰者仲獎$500現金券,要食時賽嘅食品係全港最大碗嘅冬陰海軍海鮮部隊鍋,真係香港好少餐廳有這種優惠。💯入到餐廳見到環境不錯,地方寬敞,枱凳都擺放整齊,令人坐得舒服,裝修乾淨光猛,以泰國款式為主調,還有小曼谷Live Music,每晚有不同風格歌手演唱,令氣氛唔錯,亦令人食得開心。餐牌食物款式都很多,有小曼谷泰式沙嗲串燒、風味海鮮BBQ、廚師精選推介、湯類、馳名咖喱類、沙律類、炸物類、炒菜類、飯類、炒河類、飲品類、甜品類,睇落原來仲有二人及四人優惠套餐,只得星期一至四 5:30後才有,仲有免收加一服務費,套餐份量大好夠食,我哋就選來食。💯黃咖喱雞肉嘅咖喱汁超多,濃厚咖哩香味,雞肉份量都不少,味道唔太辣,真係好惹味。串燒有豬肉、牛肉、雞肉、泰式臘腸,每串嘅份量都大份,火候控制得好,食落好香脆可口,點埋沙嗲醬食好正。泰北木瓜𢰦鳳爪有清爽的木瓜絲,爽口無骨鳳爪,加上微酸微辣的泰式沙律汁,令人食得開胃。泰式原味酵素餅,份量又不少,上枱時熱辣辣,入口每啖都香脆可口。泰式鹹肉炒芥蘭是鑊氣小炒,芥蘭炒得新鮮爽口,而泰式鹹肉唔係太鹹都幾好食。小曼谷原隻芒果糯米飯嘅賣相好靚,糯米飯都有三種顏色,食落軟滑甜甜鹹鹹好滋味,而芒果鮮嫩多汁,香甜可口,加上濃醇椰奶,讓人一吃就忘不掉。這間泰國餐廳嘅食物質素好,店員嘅服務態度又好,好值得來食。
