在旺角東附近覓食,想起我最喜歡的集團 Lubuds Group 在新世紀廣場的「念川居」,因為實在太懷念我最喜歡的水煮厚切牛脷!真開心! $868 的兩位用全日套餐已經包括我喜愛的菜式,本身散點都要三百幾,無理由拒絕!餐廳安排的前菜小吃「青瓜」$25,茶錢每位$20。套餐前菜兩款「香辣豬耳絲」爽口,「蒜泥白肉」鬆軟,兩款都有點辣度,並非BB辣!平衡辣物,我選擇了滋潤的「杏汁燉白肺湯」,足料久熬夠火喉,味道香美,淡淡奶白無添加,看來的白肺及瘦肉仍可口。我的摯愛「水煮厚切牛脷」,符合預期,牛脷非常厚及大片,咬落軟綿綿又爆汁,口感一流。雖然見滿碟紅辣椒,其實香而不過辣,除非你自己揀辣椒食!配料更有鴨紅、芹菜及冬粉,份量跟散點一樣,足3-4人分吃,厚牛脷大嘅有12-14片,可以吃得很飽肚!我打包回家,隔天仍然美味!見到餐牌上的「豉蒜花生芽西瓜皮」覺得很特色,原來西瓜皮都可以食,切了長條,酸酸地,去爽口的花生芽及豆豉合拍。「四川擔擔麵」軟而幼的麵很掛汁,有麻香,辣度適中,唔錯呀!「蛋白杏仁茶」有水準,香滑有口感。額外點了「招牌脆皮血旺」 $118,是炸豬紅都幾特別!環境高雅,中高檔路線,服務到位
