今日有個朋友話升職想請我食飯,仲話佢公司附近有間食omakase喺觀塘區內都有啲名氣,所以就嚟咗呢度食個晚飯。店裏面嘅裝修比較簡約,感覺真係幾似喺日本見到嘅小店,而牆上就貼滿好多相信係客人飲過嘅清酒招紙。仲有好多貓貓擺設同埋有幾十張排列整齊嘅貓貓相。我哋揀咗個二人鐵板餐,首先有沙律同埋味噌湯,沙律菜好新鮮,配上日式麻醬真係冇得彈!因為我哋坐得好近鐵板區,所以可以近距離目睹廚師點樣為我哋預備食材。第一道主菜就係銀鱈魚,配左啲雜菜,有蘆筍、蘑菇、同埋意大利小黃瓜,而相中右手邊嘅就係煎到脆卜卜嘅銀鱈魚皮,真係好似食緊薯片咁脆口,超正!然後就係香煎廣島蠔,師傅控制火候真係好出色,可以煎到外面脆卜卜,而內裏仍然係好嫩滑,配埋炒香咗嘅蒜蓉、蔥花同煙肉碎一齊食,真係好味到唔識形容。呢個安格斯薄切都係包住蒜蓉、蔥花煙肉碎一齊食,炒香咗嘅蒜蓉已經沒有半點辛辣,所以平時唔鍾意食蔥蒜嘅我都完全接受得到!而呢份香煎鵝肝配多士係我全晚最欣賞嘅菜式,因為佢做到個鵝肝表面煎香,而內裏就嫩滑得來有少少卜卜脆嘅感覺,我第一次食鵝肝食到呢種口感最後就係炒飯同埋炒雜菜,飯粒做到粒粒分明,炒雜菜份量亦足夠。真係要多謝我呢個朋
