偶爾忽然想邪惡一番,到茶記食豬膶麵。油菜可揀選菜心或生菜。選取菜心是個正確的決定,皆因菜心焯得恰到好處,鮮甜無比,趁蠔油非常合襯!炸豬扒就是一塊實實在在的豬扒,表層甚為酥脆,肉質鬆化,一咬即開!調味恰宜,連骨的最好食。店之名物豬膶公仔麵,一碗加煎蛋、一碗加炒牛肉。無可厚非,厚切的豬膶粉嫩是事實,但是有筋。況且湯底味道略淡,幸可加豉油麻油,好味得多。法蘭西多士的麵包炸得通透,滿滿蛋香,配香甜的煉奶及增添香氣的凍牛油是為一絕,中間還夾著花生醬,是個一流的甜品!一心衝著豬膶麵而來,反為不甚了了,都被其他食物蓋過。
