和風居酒屋@尖沙咀依間居酒屋喺棉登徑,唔係好大間鋪,反而更加有日本小店 feel。水泥牆既簡約又有型,菜式好多種類,好唔錯~去居酒屋點日本生啤是常識吧,一點完店員即時喺啤酒機斟出嚟,味道甘香。原本酒泡係豐盈啲,不過我飲咗先影相,哈哈!泡菜炒五花腩比較濃味,充滿泡菜嘅酸辣。五花腩份量豐富,炒得惹味,送我杯生啤就最適合不過。大阪燒中間有牛肉做餡料,厚度適中,上面有超多美乃滋同紫菜!底面都有脆脆嘅口感,好食~雞肉好嫩滑多汁,醬油提味得嚟唔會過鹹,兩者好夾。大蔥切細一齊炒,入味之餘幾爽口。以平底煎鍋端上非常熱辣辣嘅芝士蔥蛋餅,蔥花多到不得了,賣相好吸引。蛋餅嘅芝士味幾濃,好似同啲蛋融合埋一齊咁。鰻魚丼都係加咗芝士去燒,火候啱啱好,燒得好靚!鰻魚軟滑好味,絕對冇畀芝士蓋過呢,整得好出色。
