搵食唔使飛去東京,尖沙咀就有寶藏居酒屋,實試過後,我嘅食指大動,忍唔住要同大家分享下。首先,個柚子乳酸梳打啱晒我呢啲鍾意微酸嘅食客,飲落去提神醒腦,夠曬潤喉。轉頭跟住點咗青檸梳打,喺嘴巴裡頭冒起泡泡,好似海邊嘅浪花噴上嚟,沁心涼。食物方面,華味鳥汁燒鷄肉脆骨棒真係好惹味,脆到禁聲,啖啖肉神驚記住嘅口感。牛肉大阪燒外層微脆,入面有牛肉嘅香濃同蔬菜嘅新鮮感,開胃到不得了。三重芝士蒽蛋餅一出爐,濃香四溢,芝士牽絲得嚟吸引,加上蛋餅嘅軟滑,喺嘴巴裡頭盡顯層次。最後,三文魚籽紫菜胡麻醬冷麵一啖一個涼意,麻醬味夠,三文魚籽每一粒都爆晒口,賞心悅目。成晚食完,心情好到飛起,這間居酒屋絕對係搵食好去處,香港街頭都有得嘆日本夜色,食客記得蒲黎試下,唔會失望嘅!🍢🍣🍶

今晚同朋友喺尖沙咀食完飯,想搵個地方傾下計,又唔想食甜品,朋友就建議黎呢間居酒屋,有得「啤一啤」之餘仲有d串燒食~地點都非常方便,就喺一蘭拉麵嘅隔離,我地叫左燒豬腩肉串同燒雞翼串,調味唔錯👍🏻亦燒得好香口,送酒一流~另外仲叫左一個明太子炒雜菜同廣島蠔芝士蛋餅,炒雜菜超好食,唔會太乾又唔會太濕,加上明太子嘅咸香好惹味😋同埋喺出面無食過嘅廣島蠔芝士蛋餅,廣島蠔份量唔少,而且隻隻都係新鮮飽滿嘅,鍾意食蠔嘅人士一定好鍾意👍🏻再加上無敵嘅芝士同蛋,真係無得輸!總括嚟講呢度地點方便,食物唔錯,選擇亦都好多,又可以飲下啤酒,食完飯除咗食甜品之外,去居酒屋同朋友嚟chill一chill真係一個唔錯嘅選擇👍🏻

呢晚同老公出去食飯,亂咁行,見到呢間日系門口思鄉病發,就決定係佢了幅牆係咁,勁有feel佈置係有落過心機,超鍾意,忍唔住係咁影明太子炒烏冬首先佢烏冬既煙un度係我最鍾意既,偏硬同有咬口,然後就係滿滿既明太子,目測不計成本咁車落去炒篤穿埋隻溫泉蛋撈呀撈,每一條烏冬都有蛋香同明太子鹹鹹鮮鮮的味道居酒屋唔整返杯啤酒會對自己唔住的鹽燒雞皮墨魚卷我愛雞皮,平時係串燒舗食到好味既雞皮已經滿足但呢到雞皮好食之餘,佢仲包住舊墨魚外皮脆脆然後咬入去係墨魚彈性既質感面上仲有一層薄鹽提味,檸檬汁做平衡食完之後基本上我係好感謝決定行入黎食野既自己燒厚切鵝肝三重芝士蔥蛋餅鵝肝配蛋餅,幾新奇,至少我未食過成塊蛋餅每一啖都食到芝士,但唔會覺漏,佢既芝士恰到好處而本身我都鍾意鵝肝細膩既油脂香,無諗到配蛋餅又試出一個新高度最後決定叫多串燒雞翼啖啖都係肉,簡單汁燒真係已經夠曬好食而家做緊個優惠係雞翼配啤酒呢個思鄉價真係抵俾

- 燒五花腩三重芝士蔥蛋餅: 呢間店嘅招牌菜,亦都係我覺得最好食嘅一道菜。出爐之後外脆內軟,芝士煙肉味香濃,口感煙韌,食落會拉絲,亦都好有飽肚感,讚。
