原本計劃同三五知己去韓國.....點知遇上疫情.......大假就要照放.....但就冇得飛......唯有約回三五知己食韓國菜啦......今晚選了間較傳統既韓國菜.......安排了坐窗邊......2邊有隔板.....私隱度較高.....真適合傾計......點完餐會有8小碟......薯仔居然係熱架......除了泡菜.....仲有菠菜/大豆芽/魚仔/椰菜/粉絲/醃蘿蔔/醃青瓜......味道真的不錯.....可惜沒有得添加......可能見我地人多.....店員又拎了一碗泡菜同紫菜來.......冷湯麵.....夏天食韓國野都會叫.....清清涼涼.....酸酸地.....幾開胃.......好特別的......有蘋果片......幾清新......我覺得不用額外加醋都已夠酸了.....鹽燒什錦併盤......燒牛肋骨.....超好味.....成碟既主角.....雪花又夠.....燒完有油脂香.....有牛味又不鞋....燒2燒就食得.....口感軟腍.....牛舌.......薄切......切勿過火......輕燒至剛熟就可以......口感煙韌......牛西冷....

如果見到餐牌有此菜式,我都會必叫.....
哩度既牛肋骨份量不少.....又大大件....不欺場.......牛肋骨超軟腍.....一咬已可離骨......
配菜既白蘿蔔....亦好入味.....又甜又腍.....

最後送來每人一球雪糕.....
分別係朱古力同芒果味......
後記:銅鑼灣既光害真的幾嚴重.....由晚上7點坐到9點....窗外仍是光猛得像早上.......
