好耐沒有做身體檢查,今日和男朋友二人同行去旺角做體驗,空腹了十多小時,又抽血又空腹,超餓…店子招牌是牛,正好補血。設有數張長枱和圓枱,地方不大,但環境骨子企理。餐牌精美,有招牌之寶、潮洲風味、潮洲粉麵、小食、飲品等,而加$26就轉成餐,可揀油菜/炸魚皮+紫菜湯/飲品。牛類選擇多,有牛三寶、沙瓜、牛坑腩、崩沙腩、牛雜等,而淨海參腩($145)巿面上甚少見,一於試試。雖沒有一點肥肉,較為瘦身,但好腍嫩,還連住啲爽口筋膜,口感佳,且牛味濃,亦弄得入味,推介!牛三寶河($65)有邊三寶?就係牛腩、牛肚和牛筋。牛筋有少許肥膏,油潤黏滑,富有膠質;牛腩啖啖肉連筋膜,有咬口亦腍嫩,牛味幾香;牛肚就夠晒爽滑。河粉白滑,連牛腩湯同食,再加少許辣醬油更美味!腐乳通菜 (套餐價)一向是最佳拍檔,腐乳放在菜旁,唔會因過多而太鹹,貼心!色澤翠綠,上層係爽口的莖部,而下層全是幼嫩的菜葉。只喜歡蘸上少許腐乳,鹹香惹味。芥蘭(套餐價) 大大碟,粗壯翠綠,爽嫩無渣,蘸少少旁邊的蠔油,添上鹹鮮,不錯!炸魚條 ($30)黃金不油膩,非常彈牙,蘸上泰式甜酸醬更美味!圓肉紅棗薏米水 (套餐價 +$2)有圓肉、紅棗和薏米,煲到腍
