崩沙腩口感非常軟稔,少有地充滿骨膠原, 是帶點驚喜的說。傾向清湯腩的口味, 所以崩沙腩味道比較清淡, 但就保留了肉的鮮味。湯身亦比較清鮮, 愛濃重口味可能會吃不慣, 但其實質素已經相當唔錯, 對於不好崩沙腩的文迪來說,反而是有耳目一新嘅感覺。

魚皮餃豬肉餡之多, 跟坊間的魚皮餃有些微不同, 故此口感比較豐富很不錯,而米粉就是一般貨色。

套餐價包了飲品, 也可選擇雙拼或加配油菜, 在如今物價高企的香港, 加配價算是佛心。 菜心拼腩汁是最佳配搭, 配甜甜嫩嫩的菜心簡直一流。 瓶裝可樂自然是香港集體回憶, 而凍檸茶用上新鮮檸檬, 茶味亦足有茶檔的水準。

牛雜麵是文迪的最愛,湯頭比之前那碗更加鮮濃,有雜腩汁的「加色」果然不同,牛雜非常入味,比崩沙腩香口得多,牛蒡洗得乾淨吃起來很甘香, 牛腸是竹腸部分,帶一點脂膏吃起來更香口, 連平時不太喜好的牛肺口感也相軟嫩。

發現牛雜跟崩沙腩明顯是兩個不同的配方製作, 而坊間粉麵大都是把崩沙腩牛雜腩「共惹一爐」, 這方面值得一讚。 麵的爽勁合宜, 蛋味足沒有濃重的鹼水味, 是牛雜的最佳配搭。

不得不提這家的辣椒油非常香口, 不是死辣的一種, 即使多放了也不會覺得嗆喉。

章魚金手指及墨魚蝦王條($18/條)是店家推介小食, 食得出是店家自家製的, 但可惜味道其實不怎麼樣, 前者還好, 章魚十分彈牙帶點海貨的鮮味,後者就......建議還是專注呷麵好了。

近年有感港式傳統粉麵買少見少, 談得上美味的近乎屈指可算,有很多粉麵老字號味道已不復當年,又或是無心戀戰結業移民去了, 期望這些本地飲食家族能堅守著崗位, 堅持這份香港原味道。

朋友說起很想吃清湯腩,就帶了他來吃這間之前吃過不錯的牛腩店讓他試試!而且這次也推出了新的牛脆骨部位,比較特別,吃完也有驚喜!牛脆骨套餐(76元)牛脆骨很多牛腩店都沒有,而這間也是最近才推出的。其實就是喉嚨到肺的那條軟骨,口感脆不會硬,而且這滷得很入味,又有牛肉香,因為多少也有點肉!份量還挺足的,一次吃過癮!湯底的腩汁比較清香,加了蔥花,炸蒜,味道更惹味!加上嫩滑的河粉,又吸湯!套餐玩有時菜和飲品,性價比不錯。牛坑腩餐(173元)淨食的性價比挺高的,一共有三排肉,而且肥瘦相間的,油脂部位入口即化,濃濃的牛肉香味,而且肉質細嫩,一次吃過癮!
