尖沙咀福臨門比灣仔店看來更大一點,環境不算闊落,點心的款式總類亦跟灣仔店如出一徹。或許我們吃得比較慢,隣桌客人都轉換了好幾檯。今次先來蠔皇叉燒包,包身非常小巧,裂縫像旋渦一樣散開,有點像日本忍者的飛鏢。裡頭醬汁的顔色很暗,叉燒被切成小粒。蜜味很低調,叉燒的焦香味比較突出。包身拿在手上軟軟的,入口有點黏牙。荀尖鮮蝦餃的封口翹翹的很優美,餃皮結實彈牙,剛好十二摺。內餡包裹着的蝦仁很肥美,入口鮮甜然後帶點胡椒的辛辣,加上一條條的荀絲,令爽口感不斷。瑤柱珍珠雞是今日比較喜歡的一道,珍珠雞除了以荷葉包裹,外面再用一層紙包好,蒸煮時鎖住荷葉清香。Size其實只有5cm左右大小的五方形,打開可見內餡混了瘦肉碎、冬菇粒、蝦仁、蝦米、瑤柱絲,還有鹹蛋黃,味道不是很鹹,糯米口感很軟,最喜歡它細細隻很容易KO。卷着雞扎的淮山,顏色帶點紫,薄切一條到底,入口還有點爽口感。魚肚厚厚的吸收飽滿的醬汁,師傅還夾了一件粉紅色瘦肉,花菇件雖然很香但偏硬,雞件多骨無肉,反而是配料中最失色的。甜品點了馬拉糕和陳皮紅豆沙,前者小小的一件,氣孔很大,質感帶濕潤,顏色很懷舊,甜度則剛好。後者同椒小小的一碗,撈起來的紅豆粒明明已經
