如果唔係喺社交媒體畀呢個tiramisu洗版,都唔知原來呢間酒店有cafe,雖然樓底高,空間充足,但始終係酒店lobby,位置唔多,而且枱與枱相隔好遠,我地三個人要分兩張枱,一開始個距離share唔到食物,好彩後期有位可以調近啲,建議大家早啲到避開人潮。 🍽Homemade Tiramisu ($48)呢度嘅signature dish,我12:30黎,本身打算食完正餐再買,店員就提醒禮拜六日好快賣哂,叫我落左單先。Tiramisu 以house blend製作,咖啡味唔算苦,但都無比朱古力粉蓋過,略嫌酒味唔夠濃,mascarpone Cheese口感綿滑,lady finger濕潤啲就更好。雖然未至於全港最好食,但都相當高質。 🍽牛油果多士Avocado Toast ($82)Avo lover去cafe必點嘅菜式,呢度嘅出品幾有誠意,麵包塗上混合左檸檬汁同皮嘅牛油果蓉,再鋪切片牛油果,每啖都食到牛油果。面頭嘅無花果清甜軟熟,令味道無咁單調。 🍽港式咸牛肉炒蛋多士 HK-style Scrambled Eggs with Corned Beef Toast ($58)平時去cafe食

平時去cafe食個brunch閒閒地過百,呢碟港式fusion$60有找好抵食,Sourdough外皮夠脆偏硬,咸牛肉分量多,無平時茶餐廳食開嘅咁咸,炒蛋未嫩滑到有蛋汁但都唔會太老。
