天氣凍凍地,最好就是去打火鍋,一鍋堂真系好難訂位的,要提早去訂,今次選平日去吃,若星期六日去吃,真的要預早兩三個星期才有位。平日七點鐘都人山人海,可想而知有幾甘抵食。湯底都勁過人,有八款任選,點了杏汁豬肺湯,養顏潤肺,止咳化痰。加些豆腐滾湯底,不用甘熱氣。值得留意,入座時會給一張飛仔,用二維碼來點菜單。肥牛,黑毛豬例點的,脂肪比例適中。脆肉鯇腩,好厚身,有咬口。海鮮有帆立貝,烹完不會縮晒,有肉食,蜆仔好快熟。黑松露手打墨魚滑,香味十足。各樣雜丸都點了一些,蟹柳好長最特別,蟹迷至愛。響鈴卷是必點,沾湯吃最過癮,菜類七八樣選擇,成個雪櫃都放滿。最後還吃了乳酪甜品,健康些,加些棉花糖便不會太酸。只是168元再加一就可以吃到甘多美食,真的好抵食。
