人大了,見識多了,慢慢對從前的事都會淡忘,但身為一個中國人,對中國菜始終是情有獨鍾,而由於香港美食百花齊放,很多人都吃不到正宗又好味的中國菜!位處中環的中華滙館,位置方便而私穏度高,出名是名人飯店,原因是他們的菜色令人一試難忘,今晚我與好友又再重臨!環境方面沉實而有氣派,銅製的水壼每每吸引客人的目光,侍應殷勤的為我們奉上熱茶,服務細心👍🏻第一道菜點選了「脆炸九肚魚」,大家別以為是一個普通的前菜,如果要我形容,它好比日式料理的天婦羅而更勝一籌,高溫熱油快速把九肚魚炸熟,而入口脆而不膩,內裏肉嫰酥香,滿分🤗「花雕醉乳鴿」,陳年花雕離遠已經香氣四溢,呢隻乳鴿砌得好精緻,好像還在飛翔中,而特別欣賞廚師精湛的刀工,啖啖肉,口腔感到花雕獨有的香味,與別不同的做法。「金湯小米北海道遼參」,滋補又養顏的北海道遼參,完全被金湯小米包圍,這度名貴的菜色當然要用刀叉品嚐😬「潮蓮燒鵝」🦢鵝不肥也不瘦,皮下脂肪算適中,入口肉香嫰滑,肉汁四溢,絕不油膩,保證熱騰騰,不可不試啊!「濃湯鮮腐竹浸時蔬」,形容不到的鮮甜,應該是足料淆製而成的上湯,加上新鮮的腐竹,效果令人意想不到的美味👍🏻再來一個暖胃的「上湯蝦球炆伊麵」
