呢晚同人去試試尖沙咀嘅四季文昌.佢哋除咗火鍋之外,仲有唔同嘅菜式,當中嘅海鮮拼盤都幾吸引,我哋就試咗法國睡蟹海膽蠔塔海鮮拼盤,拼盤入面嘅海鮮有生蠔,海膽,法國睡蟹,東風螺同海紅蝦.當晚嘅生蠔分別嚟自美國同法國,美國生蠔巨大肥美,味道較清.法國生蠔海水味重,口感爽脆.海膽就係原板嘅,都幾鮮甜.法國睡蟹即係麵包蟹,蟹膏多而鹹香.東風螺就用咗酒等等調味,甘甜唔腥.跟住就叫咗啲嘢飲,呢杯Frozen Daiquiri係用冧酒,生果同青檸汁打成.生果有三款唔同口味,分別係士多啤梨,桃同菠蘿,我揀咗士多啤梨,沙冰打得細碎,甜味偏重,當中夾住酒香.另一杯係熱帶菠蘿梳打,清清甜甜咁都唔錯.然後就食火鍋喇,我哋叫咗火焰龍蝦海鮮鍋,佢哋炒完啲海鮮再倒埋冧酒,之後就點火,過程都幾好玩,又有啲驚個侍應隻手會被燒到.當啲火熄滅之後,就會加埋特製嘅龍蝦海鮮湯一齊煮,同時蓋上蓋同倒轉檯上嘅沙漏計時,等啲沙漏完就食得.食完入面啲海鮮就可以用嚟打邊爐,我哋叫咗幾種火鍋料,先係玫瑰黑豚肉片,佢哋將黑豚肉片捲成兩朵玫瑰花咁,都幾有觀賞性.我哋原本想一層一層撕開,不過中間部份有少少癡埋咗,最後都係成朵放入湯度等佢慢慢散開,煮
