放假就諗住周圍行下,係附近行完,就諗不於係大坑搵下野食,因為六點時間都仲係早,所以都未算太多人,睇睇下就揀左間越南野食。我地六點左右入黎,但唔夠半個鐘已經坐滿哂。佢有單叫又有得叫套餐,套餐有大頭蝦套餐同埋火車頭套餐,見到火車頭套餐都幾岩食,所以就懶得再睇了,然後再加杯飲品,荔枝特飲。火車頭套餐都幾多野食,總共有六樣野,一個人都係188蚊。頭盤有大蝦柚子沙律,大蝦加左調味料再煎過,幾香口,柚子夠甜,沙津食落幾清新,開胃。扎肉就有四塊,同蝦一樣都係煎一煎過黎,香口好味D。同場仲有兩件特色蒸粉卷。之後就有馬拉盞炒時菜,我地驚太辣,所以叫左小辣。不過黎到都有小小辣,惹味小小。跟住就有咖喱雞配法包,咖喱味濃但唔係好辣,岩我地口味,咖喱雞有四件,煮到好腍入哂味。法包就暖暖地,用黎浸咖喱黎食一流。我覺得主角係火車頭招頭湯河,影相可能唔係好覺,但其實佢個碗勁大,兩個人既分量黎。湯底好有牛味,睇介紹有牛骨等十幾樣材料一齊煲。材料好豐富,有肥牛肉,牛肉味濃而且又嫩滑,仲有牛腩、牛丸同牛栢葉。加埋杯野飲一個人225蚊左右,性價比高既越南餐廳。
