原本一直相約朋友一起去吃「炭燒拖地叉燒」,但一直未能相約成功。結果自己走去哪兒回味一下。一個星期六,約下午二時半,不用等位,一坐下來就二話不說的點了此叉燒,叉燒是恰到好處的半肥瘦,面層有香甜蜜糖,雖然有少許燶,但不影響其美味。菠蘿叉燒批,其貌不揚。但郤是熱騰騰的,菠蘿皮香脆的。蝦餃就略為厚皮了。
