今日來到鴨脷洲,一心一意想試海鮮加工,一班朋友過來,之前沒有預先book位,諗住中午時間唔會太多人,點知場面十分墟冚、人頭湧湧!全場熟食攤檔只有佢座位滿晒,令我哋更加期待!之後馬上到樓下海鮮檔買海鮮,結果買了幾樣馬上上去,好彩之前上去攞咗位,買埋海鮮啱啱好!首先,叫咗兩個前菜,分別係招牌炸三寶,同埋個炒麵!炸三寶真係名不虛傳,即叫即炸,而且都幾好食!之後個炒麵就正常,都算乾身唔會油膩!終於嚟到海鮮環節,第一味係豉油王大蝦,呢個確實好味,炒得都幾乾身,亦都保持大蝦的鮮味,裏面仲好濕潤!值得一讚!之後係椒鹽鮮魷,呢個我就覺得麻麻哋!啲椒鹽太鹹,蓋過晒所有味道!個個人都負評!之後就到蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子,呢個就中規中矩,比較淡身!食完再叫咗個一口多士,呢個係招牌菜,多士炸得好乾身,都唔錯!但係環境十分逼夾,人背人坐,我覺得呢個質素,其實好多大排檔都有,如果經過就可以試吓,特登我覺得就唔需要!
