陳新記環境雖唔算豪華,但勝在夠地道,有種親切嘅街坊味。先講講佢哋嘅招牌西多士啦,望住嗰碟綠色嘅碟上面疊住嘅西多士,真係好似一座座小金磚咁。西多士炸得金黃酥脆,外層好似披咗件閃亮嘅盔甲,咬落去“咔嚓”一聲,酥脆到爆!裡面嘅麵包軟綿綿,浸滿咗蛋漿嘅香味,再配上濃郁嘅花生醬,甜而不膩,齒頰留香,真係食到停唔落嚟。不過呢,可能因為炸嘅時間有少少長,邊位有啲偏硬,唔夠鬆軟。同其他餐廳嘅西多士相比,陳新記嘅西多士花生醬嘅味道更加醇厚,唔會好似有啲地方咁,花生醬淡到好似冇落咁。而且佢哋嘅價錢都幾實惠,咁大碟先廿幾蚊,性價比唔錯。再嚟睇下呢個蛋治啦,兩片烤到金黃嘅吐司,夾住香噴噴嘅炒蛋同香脆嘅肉碎,簡直係絕配。炒蛋炒得嫩滑無比,好似雲朵一樣輕盈,肉碎增添咗口感嘅層次,每一口都係滿滿嘅幸福感。同外國嘅三明治相比,呢個蛋治更加符合我哋香港人嘅口味,外國嘅三明治有時會加好多生菜、番茄,感覺有點生冷,而陳新記嘅蛋治熱辣辣,食落肚暖笠笠,真係好正。講真,食呢啲港式美食,有種好特別嘅情懷。細細個嘅時候,阿媽會喺屋企煎蛋治畀我哋做早餐,嗰種簡單嘅味道,一直留喺心裡。而家喺陳新記食到呢個蛋治,好似返番去童年嘅時光,好溫馨。西多士亦都係香港茶餐廳嘅經典美食,無論係同朋友一齊下午茶,定係趕時間做個簡單嘅午餐,都係唔錯嘅選擇。呢間餐廳嘅美食,真係值得一試再試,畢竟佢哋用嘅食材新鮮,味道又咁正,難怪咁受街坊歡迎啦! continue reading

走到鴨脷洲尋味,隨緣來到陳新記果然有食神,通常魚蛋麵牛雜麵雲吞麵都係同一個湯底,這間魚旦粉嚐了一口湯底好有意外驚喜,係用魚熬成湯底味鮮清甜可口,魚蛋爽口彈牙這個一口西多士,我甘願為佢跑多幾個圈,麵包鬆軟外層炸得香脆,實在值得打破我多年不食西多士戒條。 continue reading

又嚟買海鮮加工啦大尿蝦,青衣12兩,油鹽水墨魚,扇貝仔,左口,獅頭魚我坐低後陳太問我要點整,我話你話事🤣大尿蝦既焦鹽出面無得食,好出色陳新記既蒸魚永遠時間岩岩好,剛剛到位就上台,真係從來無失準,完全係好放心將最好既食材交俾陳生獅頭魚我本身諗住清蒸妹妹下食下魚味,上台原來係蘇炸,阿又幾香口wo香港最近好多餐廳結業尼樣戈樣,其實好多餐廳執笠都有共通點就係無誠意兼難食我每年都會大老遠將軍澳入去鴨脷洲,就係食佢既鑊氣,功夫 continue reading

今日來到鴨脷洲,一心一意想試海鮮加工,一班朋友過來,之前沒有預先book位,諗住中午時間唔會太多人,點知場面十分墟冚、人頭湧湧!全場熟食攤檔只有佢座位滿晒,令我哋更加期待!之後馬上到樓下海鮮檔買海鮮,結果買了幾樣馬上上去,好彩之前上去攞咗位,買埋海鮮啱啱好!首先,叫咗兩個前菜,分別係招牌炸三寶,同埋個炒麵!炸三寶真係名不虛傳,即叫即炸,而且都幾好食!之後個炒麵就正常,都算乾身唔會油膩!終於嚟到海鮮環節,第一味係豉油王大蝦,呢個確實好味,炒得都幾乾身,亦都保持大蝦的鮮味,裏面仲好濕潤!值得一讚!之後係椒鹽鮮魷,呢個我就覺得麻麻哋!啲椒鹽太鹹,蓋過晒所有味道!個個人都負評!之後就到蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子,呢個就中規中矩,比較淡身!食完再叫咗個一口多士,呢個係招牌菜,多士炸得好乾身,都唔錯!但係環境十分逼夾,人背人坐,我覺得呢個質素,其實好多大排檔都有,如果經過就可以試吓,特登我覺得就唔需要! continue reading

今日同朋友就嚟咗鴨脷洲呢一邊搵食,就去咗呢一個鴨脷洲市政大樓嘅街市買啲海鮮上去加工,聽講呢度有一間幾出名嘅海鮮加工餐廳,所以就特登過嚟試吓,我哋就買咗瀨尿蝦鮑魚同埋都赤米🙈🙈椒鹽瀨尿蝦真係非常出色,每一隻都做得非常挺身,而且我覺得瀨尿蝦最好就係椒鹽,佢呢一間餐廳嘅做功非常好,有鑊氣之餘,而且味道上嘅調味唔會話太辣,啱晒啲食唔到辣嘅朋友🙈🙈 鮑魚我哋就叫咗清蒸,加少少陳皮成個味道更加昇華!赤米就白灼,所以都冇乜太大功夫!最後加咗個西多士,加工費都唔算太貴,我覺得可以接受🙈 continue reading
