之前一直聽到唔少好評,有時經過都會見到排人龍,但由於本身對刺身有一定嘅要求(始終非熟食),再加上舊年去完大集團食刺身搞到有生蟲嘅經驗,從此更加小心去揀選食非熟食嘅餐廳。今晚紋青有同事入嚟屯門做嘢,佢就好有誠意咁樣打去漁匠屋訂枱。入到去就好似大家咁講,選擇唔多,貴精不貴多,我鍾意食海膽,所以叫咗三國海膽丼,佢哋兩位男士就叫咗1號丼。每個當飯都會跟一碗麵豉湯同埋店長自家制煙燻芝士,店員提示先食芝士,先再飲湯。睇住店主砌個丼出黎其實都幾有滿足感,始終日本野都會令人覺得好似好有誠意好用心做俾自己咁(當然唔好同日本當地相比😅)一號丼就係👇🏻呢個係三國海膽丼👇🏻紋青最鍾意叫小食,所以佢叫咗炸雞,同埋酸汁生蠔👇🏻如果真係要比較,我就覺得鰂魚涌嗰間好食啲,個飯真係好煙 ‘un’,醋嘅比例都做得好好,當然以屯門區來講,漁匠屋已經十分OK💪🏻

睇住店主砌個丼出黎其實都幾有滿足感,始終日本野都會令人覺得好似好有誠意好用心做俾自己咁(當然唔好同日本當地相比😅)一號丼就係👇🏻

如果真係要比較,我就覺得鰂魚涌嗰間好食啲,個飯真係好煙 ‘un’,醋嘅比例都做得好好,當然以屯門區來講,漁匠屋已經十分OK💪🏻
