「粵藝館」在海港城新開店,坐擁維港景緻,反正有美食券在手,快手訂位,今日的午餐,先欣賞寧靜的海景。 繼而點心小菜:鰹魚花醉鮑魚非常欣賞加了桂花的花雕酒香,甜甜地但不失酒之甘香。避風塘蝦餃把海鮮小菜的概念注入點,大膽的新意,效果我喜歡。 香煎厚切原味蘿蔔糕厚切更有口感,煎至金黃焦脆,臘腸惹味,唔錯。 鮑魚燒賣皇鮑魚汁豐柔靱。 原隻鮮蝦腸粉腸粉皮薄順滑。 無花果咕嚕肉無花果乃有營食品,取代菠蘿配合咕嚕肉是個非常好的主意。 岩鹽爆腩仔調味好,腩仔肥瘦交錯。瓦罉啫啫唐生菜熱辣辣,香味撲鼻。
