香港大型餐廳已買少見少, 仲要係有特色的, 今次剛見到呢間新開餐廳非常特別, 就係“四季文昌”, 而且仲响交通極為方便的太子, 上樓梯已被吸引住, 見到左右兩排有書架, 甚有文青感覺, 入到餐廳,見到一地都係椰青, 有濃濃的海南島風情, 而且餐廳全層好大, 座位好闊落, 有啲仲有屏風隔住, 可以BOOK唻同一班朋友, 夠晒PRIVACY,超肚餓, 叫住小食先, 叫了「海南東風螺」 ($52),有鮮甜螺肉味, 清甜, 同平時用辣椒炒的顯得份外清甜,之後主菜, 好大鑊的黑松露龍蝦煲仔飯 ($238), 好難抵擋的爽口龍蝦肉, 仲有黑松露响面, 配已龍蝦, 相當名貴的煲仔飯, 飯粒浸透鮮味, 又唔會太乾太濕, 剛剛好, 之後到主角, 椰子雞鍋 ($258),好大碟鮮雞, 落雞後冚蓋,還細心地有個漏斗既沙溜, 溜晒後,約七分鐘再開蓋食就啱啱好。初初諗住會食唔晒, 點知太嫩滑, 甚有雞鮮味, 食完仲要叫店員加湯添, 因為個湯實在太誇啦啦, 好清甜既椰子雞湯,香噴噴的椰子香味, 蓋住整間餐廳。還有蔬菜, 浸透了湯的精華, 不得了呀!呢度仲有好多款COCKTAIL任君選擇, 我叫了杯色彩繽紛的Rai
