幾年前去過海南島食過一次椰子雞煲,之後都沒有機會再食,直至到今日,我終於在太子找到一間正宗海南菜仲有椰子雞煲添!裝修不似一般中式火鍋店,而且有很多不同的擺設同擺放了大量椰子,有心思的設計而且很舒服,而且地方很大。原味椰子雞鍋首先將椰青水煮後,在把原隻雞倒入鍋中,用枱上的漏斗計時,時間一到,便可食用品嚐了一啖湯,極度清甜!調味料包括有了黃姜金橘及辣椒,將調味料加入豉油。雖然煮了大約七八分鐘,雞肉依然極幼嫩,點了少許加了黃姜金橘及辣椒的豉油,帶出雞肉鮮甜!黑松露龍蝦煲仔飯一打開寶蓋就見到原隻龍蝦放在飯面,份量非常大,龍蝦肉加上黑松露,豐富了龍蝦基本的鮮味!米飯的口感合心水的煙韌帶軟!最後試咗一個甜品熔岩南瓜日本產地直送野菜雖然份量不算大但全部由日本空運已經值回票價!安格斯肥牛用椰子雞湯做湯底打邊爐令牛肉味香四溢,本身安格斯肥牛的肉質鮮嫩,口感一流!最後在飲多一碗椰子雞湯,由本身清甜變到係鮮甜,好美味!Rainbow色彩繽紛的cocktail, 雖然加vodka, 但酒味不太濃,入口偏甜,幾特別!見到隔離枱食熔岩南瓜,雖然好飽我都叫咗一個!上面有一球雲呢拿雪糕,南瓜內有紫薯蓉,香濃的紫薯和蒸

見到隔離枱食熔岩南瓜,雖然好飽我都叫咗一個!

上面有一球雲呢拿雪糕,南瓜內有紫薯蓉,香濃的紫薯和蒸軟了的南瓜,口感同味道都十分匹配!好好吃!
