月尾例飯局,朋友們話想食串燒,於是就係OpenRice book左白布街既烏龍燒。去到烏龍燒,首先就有點失望,佢地open既店面,遇上大熱天,再加上熱熱既串燒,夏天的確有點難受。我預約左9點半,店家再一次令我失望,因為到左9點半,店家都未有枱俾我地,結果等到9點9左右先入座。我都明白,唔係俾錢食野就大哂,但既然接受得預約,就應該同上一枱交待要有還枱時間,我相信食客是能明白的。我地叫左二十款食物,依度唔逐一介紹喇。概括咁講,串燒落左好多孜然粉、七味粉咁,蓋過左食材原有既鮮味。燒蠔,扇貝,鮑魚都一樣,落左大量蒜蓉辣椒。俾人感覺好似想用d重味調味料冚過食材既唔新鮮/雪藏味。我真心覺得好食的,只有水果牛肋條同埋鴨舌。最後,佢哋連送既糖水都無上俾我地...我都係見好多好評先黎食,但食完之後覺得中伏。一黎因爲採用左開放式設計,攪到好熱。二黎調味太多太重。攪到我有點懷疑咁多好評是從哪裏來...
