以前在尖咀已難找到它,現在搬了舖子,同樣隱蔽難尋,黑色的門面,在晚上更是難發現~久久沒有吃了,一次過點了數款燒物和主食~芥辣八爪魚比上次的調配有進步,少了鹹味,多了鮮味,可惜切得不夠仔細,八爪魚粒之間藕斷絲連呢 燒大葱中心保持少許生,香而微嗆辣~ 燒雞軟骨粒粒焦脆有咬口~ 燒牛舌肉嫩有汁~鯖魚燒得剛好,保持魚肉嫩滑有汁,那類似柚子醋的汁液帶出了鯖魚的鮮甜,又減卻了油膩感,很好 八爪魚燒餅粉漿不多,椰菜和八爪魚粒豐富,汁醬亦調得剛好~鰻魚炒飯,飯粒粒粒分明,整個炒飯充滿鰻魚油香,若飯粒能軟身一點會更好 武士炒麵,店中唯一的炒麵,麵條有彈性,汁醬味道有點像燒餅的,鹹鹹甜甜酸酸的;配料亦不少,有大量雞肉和牛肉,不過整體又沒有什麼驚喜~吃燒物,當然少不了點酒精飲品,要了Suntory Premium Malt,純口甘香~ 冰凍的啤酒正好減卻燒物的火氣
