全店只有四張枱,真係名乎其實嘅「小店」!枱嘅數量少,所以環境都幾清靜,同姐妹店「芝加哥酒場串燒」熱鬧嘅氣氛完全唔同,真係啱摸住酒杯底談心。齋飲酒好傷胃架,梗係要食返啲野墊下低啦😜,海鮮真係幾正,仲比我試埋上次係芝加哥酒場串燒無試到嘅茄子添😎。🌗麒麟血橙、麒麟提子 $63🍻:麒麟啤🍺味道比較淡口溫和,血橙同青提味一開始唔係好出,飲到最後就飲得出分別,兩款都容易入口又唔會特兀。血橙顏色比較鮮豔特別,啱打卡用😁。🌖椒鹽鮑魚(3隻) $72:出色!鮑魚彈牙唔會過老,椒鹽鹹度適中,必點!🌖燒生蠔 $26/隻:總共叫左四隻口味,分別係黑松露、地獄辣椒、醬爆京蔥同香濃沙嗲。黑松露味道比較平庸;醬爆京蔥、香濃沙嗲配蠔呢個組合都幾新奇不過唔太夾;最正係地獄辣椒,夠曬香濃,配埋爆汁嘅生蠔🦪味道啱啱好!唔好比佢個名呃左以為好辣,其實真係十小辣都無,講起都覺得正🤤。🌖燒豬頸肉串 $19:爽口有咬口,唔會油淋淋。🌖紐西蘭羊架 $36:無乜羶味,唔多肥肉,生熟度控制得剛好,唔會太乾太韌。🌖燒招牌鵝肝 $68:肥美油潤又無渣,好彩底下墊左件菠蘿🍍balance 下。🌖燒原條香蒜茄子🍆 $42:面頭超多蒜!怕口臭記得

🌖燒生蠔 $26/隻:總共叫左四隻口味,分別係黑松露、地獄辣椒、醬爆京蔥同香濃沙嗲。黑松露味道比較平庸;醬爆京蔥、香濃沙嗲配蠔呢個組合都幾新奇不過唔太夾;最正係地獄辣椒,夠曬香濃,配埋爆汁嘅生蠔🦪味道啱啱好!唔好比佢個名呃左以為好辣,其實真係十小辣都無,講起都覺得正🤤。
