今日天氣涼涼地,想試這間串燒很久,趁天氣仲涼就食川式串燒暖身,這間餐廳分室外室內,天氣涼又可以呼吸自由空氣,梗要坐一下室外啦,除了一般餐牌上供應的,還有是日推介,這間店還可以自己動手燒,但今天想試下師傅d手勢,當然不動手啦,除了一般飲品,竟然有潮流主打.......手工啤,這款果味手工啤,有橡果味道,麥味不重,飲落幾順口。安安除左川味,都幾主打芝士,這個芝士生蠔,芝味香濃,恰到好處,蠔肉juice,亦夠蠔味,good。燒菜心:孜然味mix菜心非常ok,香口,不辣還有汁"必"出來,正。燒鴨舌:孜然惹味,外脆內嫩,火喉控制一流,鴨舌滷水就食得多,川燒第一次食又幾得喎。燒年糕:外脆內煙韌,沒有加任何調味,自然的微甜,清清地都不錯。燒牛舌:牛舌厚身,肉質軟滑,應該用上牛舌心,一樣用上孜然調味,惹味之餘還能嘗出牛舌的肉香。good,肉類已燒得如此出色,令我非常期待是日海鮮,果然無令我失望,燒鮑魚鋪上新鮮蒜蓉和辣椒,惹味之餘又沒有蓋過鮑魚的鮮味,口感爽囗彈牙,烤功出色。燒蟶子:同樣新鮮,彈牙,火喉剛好,用上蒜蓉辣椒,微辣惹味。抵食呀。見好耐無食牛骨髓,竟然見到有這個菜,當然不能錯過,調味出色,微微

總括:串燒質與量都非常一流,而且師傅烤功高強,每種食材都恰到好處,而且坐得亦舒適,性價比超高,可以用抵食來影容,一班人團聚吹水亦非常合適。
